The Amityville Horror seemed like the logical choice to choose to discuss for our pilot episode of The Paranormal Podcast. The story of The Amityville Horror and the events that took place at 112 Ocean Avenue has been debatable for decades about whether it truly happened or whether it was just a very clever hoax. Regardless of your stance on the hauntings and the paranormal activity that George Lutz and the Lutz family went through. It is difficult to hide the fact that The Amityville Horror started with a gruesome true-crime of murder where Ronald Defeo went room to room and murdered his whole family in the early hours of the morning.
